teamLab Borderless is an immersive digital art museum in the basement (Garden Plaza B, B1) of Azabudai Hills in Minato, Tokyo. Built around a 'borderless' concept where artworks flow into one another without walls, its roughly 10,000 m² space holds 60+ interactive installations of light, mirrors and projection that shift as visitors move through them. Relocated from Odaiba, it runs on fully timed, reservation-only entry.

RulesEntry is reservation-only with a fixed date and time slot; buy in advance from the official ticket site. Same-day tickets exist only when stock remains, and weekend/Friday slots sell out fast. Confirm current prices, hours and closing days on the official site before your visit.
CautionTickets bought through resale are not honored and entry can be refused, with no responsibility taken by the museum. Buy only through official channels and never forward the ticket URL from your confirmation email to others.
MannersSome works have mirrored floors (e.g. 'Infinite Crystal World'), so short skirts or dresses can expose what's underneath. Pants or leggings are recommended; free wrap skirts are lent near mirrored rooms — ask staff if needed.
SafetyExpect 3+ hours of walking over uneven and dark floors, so skip heels or unfamiliar shoes and wear comfortable sneakers. Large bags, umbrellas and backpacks aren't allowed inside; free coin lockers are available at the entrance.
SafetyIt's dark and easy to lose your way in the winding passages, and strollers cannot be brought inside (check them at the entrance). The walk from the subway to the entrance takes a while, so arrive 10–20 minutes before your slot.
MannersSmartphone photography is allowed but tripods are not. In narrow, dark passages, avoid blocking the flow of visitors with long photo stops.
