🇮🇹 Rialto Bridge (Ponte di Rialto)

Ponte di Rialto · 베네치아

Location

Overview

The Rialto Bridge is the oldest of the four bridges spanning Venice's Grand Canal, linking the San Marco and San Polo districts. The current single-arch stone bridge was designed by Antonio da Ponte and completed between 1588 and 1591; it carries arcades of shops and is free to cross. From its deck you can look down on vaporetti and gondolas passing along the canal, making it one of Venice's most iconic photo spots.
