Catedral de Segovia · 세고비아

Location

Overview

Segovia Cathedral is the last Gothic cathedral built in Spain, often nicknamed 'The Lady of Cathedrals' (La Dama de las Catedrales) for its elegant silhouette. It stands on the city's central Plaza Mayor and is a centerpiece of the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Segovia. Begun in 1525, most of its body was completed in the 16th century, with the tower and later additions leading to its consecration in 1768.
