🇲🇾 Perhentian Islands

트렝가누 브수트

Location

Overview

The Perhentian Islands are a tropical pair of islands—Perhentian Besar (the larger) and Perhentian Kecil (the smaller)—lying about 20 km off the coast of Kuala Besut in Terengganu, Malaysia. Crystal-clear water, healthy coral reefs, sea turtles and blacktip reef sharks make them one of Southeast Asia's top spots for snorkeling and diving. Because of the monsoon, they are generally open only from roughly March to October, with most resorts closing the rest of the year.
