Mirador de San Nicolás · 그라나다 (Granada)

Location

Overview

Mirador de San Nicolás is Granada's most celebrated viewpoint, a plaza set high in the UNESCO-listed Albaicín quarter in front of the 16th-century San Nicolás church. It offers a full frontal panorama of the Alhambra palace complex — the Alcazaba, Nasrid Palaces and Generalife gardens — with the snow-capped Sierra Nevada and the city spread out behind. It is world-famous for its sunset, when the fortress glows golden, and it serves as a lively meeting point for locals and travelers alike.
