🇸🇪 Gröna Lund

Gröna Lund · 스톡홀름

Location

Overview

Gröna Lund is Sweden's oldest amusement park, set on the waterfront of Djurgården island in central Stockholm and welcoming visitors since 1883. Packed into a compact site are more than 30 attractions, including seven roller coasters, and on summer evenings the Stora Scen main stage hosts the 'Grönan Live' concert series that turns the whole park into a festival. The 2026 season runs from late April into September and adds a brand-new attraction, Spindeln (The Spider) — billed as Sweden's first 'Super Jumper' family ride. Perched over the harbour, the park even lets you look out over the Stockholm skyline from one of the world's tallest swing rides.

Good to know

Practical info

On Djurgården island, reach it by tram 7 from T-Centralen (about 10 min), the Djurgården ferry from Slussen (about 8 min; valid with an SL zone A travelcard), or bus 67 from Karlaplan. On concert nights the ferry and tram get very crowded, so the park suggests the Metro red line to Karlaplan plus bus 67, or walking. The 2026 season runs from late April into September; always confirm daily opening hours, prices and ticket types on the official calendar and tickets pages for the latest information.
