Campo de' Fiori is a square in the heart of Rome's historic center, famous for its morning produce-and-flower market and its lively evening bar-and-restaurant scene. Its name means "Field of Flowers" in Italian, and at its center stands a statue of philosopher Giordano Bruno, burned at the stake here in 1600. By day it is an open-air market; by late afternoon it becomes a social gathering place.

The morning open-air market offers around 30 stalls of fruit, vegetables, flowers, cheese, spices, and souvenirs.
