🇹🇼 Yangmingshan National Park

陽明山國家公園 · 타이베이

Location

Overview

Yangmingshan National Park is a volcanic national park just north of downtown Taipei, where the Datun volcanic range serves up steaming sulfur vents, hot springs, grassy highlands and seasonal flowers. Its centerpieces are Qixingshan (Seven Star Mountain, 1,120 m—the park's highest peak) and the fumaroles of Xiaoyoukeng, and it draws big crowds during spring cherry-blossom and calla-lily seasons. It makes an easy half- or full-day trip from the city.
