Overview
Set on the former Toshimaen amusement-park grounds in Nerima, Tokyo, this is Asia's first permanent studio tour dedicated to the making of the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films. Across roughly 90,000㎡ of indoor space, you walk through authentic sets, props and costumes used in the actual productions. Exploring the whole tour at a relaxed pace typically takes 3–4 hours or more.

Practical info
From Ikebukuro, the Seibu Ikebukuro Line reaches Toshimaen Station in about 17 minutes with no transfers, then it's a roughly 2-minute walk. The Toei Oedo Line's Toshimaen Station also serves the site.
