🇺🇸 Times Square

Times Square · 뉴욕

Location

Overview

Times Square is the vast pedestrian crossroads where Broadway meets Seventh Avenue in the heart of Manhattan's Theater District, wrapped in towering LED billboards and Broadway marquees that blaze day and night—earning it the nickname "The Crossroads of the World." It is most famous for the New Year's Eve ball drop atop One Times Square. In 2026 it remains a free, 24-hour public plaza that draws crowds year-round, and the coming New Year's Eve countdown will add red, white and blue confetti to mark America's 250th anniversary. Day and night feel completely different, so it's worth visiting twice.
