SafetyThe festival draws enormous crowds. At bottlenecks, staff enforce one-way clockwise foot traffic; follow their guidance and avoid stopping abruptly or walking against the flow.
SafetyNearby stations (Jamsil, Seokchon) can get very crowded and trains may skip stops during peak festival times. Don't walk or run on escalators — hold the handrail.
MannersThe path is a daily commute and jogging route for residents. Don't block the walkway for photos, and keep noise down early morning and at night.
RulesThe outdoor lakeside area is open 24 hours and free, but Magic Island and Lotte World are separate paid attractions. Confirm current rules on eating, pets, and cycling from on-site signage.
