Practical info

From Lisbon, take the train to Sintra station (about 40 min), then walk roughly 25 min (1.8 km) or take bus 435. Self-guided adult entry is about €15 and guided tours about €25 (verify current prices), and the quietest times are right at opening or in the last two hours before closing. Head to the well first, then loop back to the palace and gardens.
