Street carts sell adventurous snacks such as fried tarantulas, scorpions and crickets, a signature local dare.

SafetyAt night, pickpockets often work in pairs or groups (notably near the far end of the street) and are very fast. Don't flash your phone or wallet and keep bags in front of you.
Rules'Happy pizza' is laced with marijuana and is illegal in Cambodia. Firmly refuse any drug offers (pizza or otherwise).
MannersTouts for tuk-tuks, massages and restaurants approach dozens of times per block and can be pushy, occasionally grabbing your arm. Avoid eye contact, say a firm 'No,' and keep walking.
