Location

Overview

Oeam Folk Village in Asan, Chungcheongnam-do, is a living traditional village more than 500 years old, designated as a National Folk Cultural Heritage (Important Folklore Cultural Property No. 236). Along its stone-wall lanes, thatched-roof commoner houses stand side by side with tile-roofed noble homes, and residents still farm and live here today, making it a genuine village rather than an open-air museum.
