인도 남부 카르나타카의 옛 왕국 수도에 자리한 화려한 왕궁으로, 인도-사라센 양식의 대표작이다. 매주 일요일 저녁과 축제 때 약 10만 개의 전구로 궁 전체가 빛나는 장면이 유명하다.
