🇬🇩 Molinere Underwater Sculpture Park

Molinere Underwater Sculpture Park · 그레나다 몰리니에르 만

Location

Overview

Created in 2006 by sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor in Grenada's Molinere Bay, this was the world's first underwater sculpture park. About 65 concrete sculptures, including the circle of joined-hand children known as 'Vicissitudes,' sit in shallow water at depths of 3-8 meters. Nearly two decades of coral and sponge growth have transformed the sculptures' surfaces into a living artificial reef.
