From Tokyo, the direct Fuji Excursion limited express from Shinjuku takes about 1 hour 55 minutes, or highway buses from Shinjuku/Tokyo Station take about 2 hours (check current fares; online booking is cheaper). From Kawaguchiko Station, the sightseeing loop bus (Red Line, etc.) 1-day pass makes reaching major sights easy. Fares, timetables and an accommodation tax (planned for April 2027, confirm latest) are subject to change, so verify official information before you go.
