Overview

Juknokwon is a roughly 160,000-square-meter bamboo garden in Damyang, South Jeolla Province, opened in 2003 and considered one of Korea's premier bamboo forests. Eight named walking trails wind through dense stands of towering green bamboo, offering a signature 'bamboo forest bathing' experience. It has also served as a filming location for popular Korean shows such as '2 Days & 1 Night,' drawing visitors year-round.
