Location

Overview

Gyeongnidan-gil is a hilly street in the Itaewon area of Seoul's Yongsan District, running from near Noksapyeong Station toward Namsan. Its official road name is Hoenamu-ro, but it is far better known as "Gyeongnidan-gil," a nickname from the entrance of the former ROK Army Central Finance Corps (Gyeongnidan) where it begins. In the 2010s it became one of Seoul's trendiest strips, packed with international restaurants, quirky cafes and rooftop bars.
