Gwangan Bridge (Diamond Bridge) is a roughly 7.4 km double-deck suspension bridge spanning the sea between Namcheon-dong and Centum City in Busan, and one of the city's signature nightscapes. After dark, its LED lighting system shifts through tens of thousands of colors, illuminating the water off Gwangalli Beach. The bridge is for vehicles only and cannot normally be crossed on foot, so the star experience is the view from Gwangalli Beach.

Good to know
RulesThe bridge is vehicle-only and pedestrian crossing is normally prohibited. Walking the span is possible only during special events such as the once-a-year Diamond Bridge Walking Festival.
SeasonThe drone light show is sensitive to wind and rain and may be cancelled the day before or on the day. Always check the official site for the latest schedule and go/no-go status before heading out.
MannersThe beach gets very crowded around Saturday drone-show times. Prime spots (the Millak-dong side, left of the beach) fill early, so arrive with time to spare and plan your exit around the crowds and traffic.
SafetyNear the breakwater and waterside-park railings at night, watch for waves and slippery surfaces. When taking photos, stay in designated pedestrian areas and off the roadway.
CautionLate at night in peak season, some taxis may refuse fares or overcharge. It's safer to confirm the meter is running or to use a hailing app such as Kakao T.
