Gokyo Lakes & Renjo La Trek Β· λ€ν μΏ°λΆ μ§μ
Location
Overview
This trek follows the western Gokyo valley within Everest region's Sagarmatha National Park, a different route from the main Khumbu valley, passing Nepal's largest glacier, the Ngozumpa, and six sacred Gokyo Lakes. From the summit of Gokyo Ri (5,357m), four 8,000m peaks β Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu β are visible at once, a view many consider wider than Kala Patthar's. Crossing Renjo La pass (5,360m) rejoins the main Khumbu trail near Namche Bazaar, allowing a loop combined with the Everest Base Camp route.
