The Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum (佛光山佛陀紀念館) is a vast Humanistic Buddhism complex in Dashu District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, completed in 2011. Its grand architecture blends Indian and Chinese styles, with a long central path flanked by eight pagodas leading from the Front Hall to the Main Hall and a towering bronze seated Buddha, the Fo Guang Big Buddha, among the largest in Asia. Admission is free, and it welcomes both pilgrims and travelers as one of Kaohsiung's signature sights.
