🇵🇭 Boracay White Beach

아클란 / 말라이 (Aklan / Malay)

Location

Overview

White Beach is the roughly 4 km stretch of powder-fine white sand on the west coast of Boracay Island, in Malay, Aklan, Philippines. The sand is made of finely crushed coral that stays cool even at midday, and the shallow, calm shorewater is good for swimming and families. The beach is split into Stations 1, 2 and 3 (from the old boat landings), each with a distinct feel, and watching the sunset from a traditional paraw sailboat is its signature experience.

Practical info

Arrive via Caticlan Airport, then a bangka boat from Caticlan Jetty Port to Cagban/Tabon. Foreign visitors should prepay the environmental fee (about PHP 300, one-time for the stay) and terminal fee (about PHP 150, charged each way) via Boracay iPass (boracayipass.ph). Shops, money changers and ATMs cluster around D'Mall at Station 2. Fees, hours and rules change, so confirm the latest.
