Bà Nà Hills is a large hilltop resort and theme park on the Trường Sơn range about 1,487 m above sea level, west of Đà Nẵng, developed from a former French colonial-era hill retreat. Its centerpiece, the Golden Bridge (Cầu Vàng), is a roughly 150 m golden walkway seemingly held up by two giant stone hands; since opening in 2018 it has become a world-famous photo icon of Đà Nẵng. Visitors reach the summit via a record-setting cable car, alongside a French Village, Fantasy Park, and flower gardens.

SeasonThe summit is noticeably cooler and foggier than coastal Đà Nẵng. In the wet season (roughly Oct–Jan) thick fog often shrouds the Golden Bridge and blocks views; bring a light jacket and umbrella, and favor the dry season (Mar–Sep) for clear panoramas.
CautionFake tour pages on social media/Facebook lure tourists with 'ultra-cheap Ba Na Hills packages' and fraudulent resale; book through official channels or reputable operators and avoid deals that seem too cheap.
CautionTaxi overcharging and rigged meters are common on the Đà Nẵng–Ba Na route. Use the Grab app (fixed fare and tracked route) or official metered taxis like Mai Linh (green) or Vinasun (white), avoid touts, and agree the fare before boarding.
